Buying land for building
Ugo grupa d.o.o. is interested in buying unbuilt building grounds on the area of towns of Zagreb, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula, Opatija, Rijeka, Zadar, Šibenik, Split and Dubrovnik; for collective, multi-residential commercial building; or tourist area for 4* and 5* hotels, depending on the surface of potential locations, and details in the existing regional plans. We are looking for a ground of minimum of 1.500 m2 to 100.000 m2. Also, we buy already built hotels which need reconstruction and adaptation.
Note: It is important that on the mentioned plots adequate and valid regional plan conditions can be implemented (G.U.P., P.P.U., D.P.U.)
